About

Nine years of practice. Two years of actually training.

I coach backbends, hip mobility and inversions live on Zoom — taught in English, to students anywhere in the world.

How I got here

I started practising nine years ago, but for most of that time I was repeating shapes I already knew. What changed everything was training properly: structured progressions, patient work on the same positions week after week, and honest feedback on my own form.

That is the difference I teach now. I run three small group classes a week alongside one-to-one sessions, all live on Zoom and taught in English, so we can work together whatever time zone you are in.

Before I taught online I hosted an in-person backbend workshop in Iran, where I am from. Standing in front of a full room taught me more about coaching than any certificate did.

How I teach

Live sessions, not follow-along videos.

01

Always live

Every session happens with me on the other side of the screen. I watch what you are doing and correct it while you are in the pose, which a recording can never do.

02

Progressions, not poses

We pick one direction and build the strength and range it actually needs, in order. The pose is the result, not the starting point.

03

Small groups or one to one

Groups stay small enough that everyone gets seen and adjusted. If you would rather have the whole hour, we work privately.

Practise live with me.

Tell me where you are now and what you would like to build. I will reply with the format and next step that makes the most sense for you.
